A S Amaranath
Amaranath is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the fields of International taxation, Audit and Tax consulting.
He started his career in the International Executive Services division of KPMG Global Services where he worked on US tax compliances for expatriates.
He worked in the Global Employer Services practice in Deloitte Bangalore. His expertise includes various facets of global mobility like Expatriate Tax, Social Security, ESOP taxation, payroll etc. He is an active member of the team which makes industry representations to MEA through NASSCOM in matters concerning social security legislations.
In his current role, he handles the preparation, update and review of financial forecasts/cash flow management. He also looks into indirect and direct taxation, compliance and planning, management information system and analytical support for decision making, as well as review and improve the operational process.
K K Chandrashekar
Chandrashekar K K is a commerce graduate with over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry. Skilled in Business process, International tax, Requirement Analysis, Accounting and Business Process Improvement.
He started his career in the International Executive Services division of KPMG Global Services and later moved to Business Tax unit. He was responsible for the returns of over 2000 organizations which include various partnerships, corporate & exempt organizations with a work force of 500+ employees.
In his current role, is responsible for overseeing everything from the incorporation stage to managing the accounts and compliance on a regular basis. He has a keen insight in all aspects of finance, accounts, taxation, auditing and statutory compliance with substantial planning and organisational skills, making his insights that much more valuable.
